First of all, superb staff! They are knowledgeable and welcoming. Second of all, clean rooms and readily available ammenities upon request. Last of all, the location is filled with restaurants (many of them are Chinese, but there are many exotic ones as well). Overall, a wonderful stay near airport.

This place is clean, staff friendly and room was nice with good beds. The local area is all Asian and mostly Chinese, hence all the restaurants same. Even the menus are in Chinese writing. Arriving here late at night the Grand Park Restaurant was closing and basically nowhere else to eat apart from Chinese restaurants. Streets are very intimidating and scary to walk around.

Mom and I arrived in the hotel for 1 night stay. When we entered the room kinda dark and you have to get to the lamp shed further end of the room to switch on the light. When we checked the microwave theres a food in it and seems not taken care during housekeeping. And if you are carrying heavy things theres no help from a room attendant or house person to bring luggages down to the front desk for check out.
