The dine in restaurant in the hotel was amazing!!! Such good food good drinks and the service was amazing!! Our waitress was sooo nice! Sadly I don’t remember her name but she had grey glittery hair! She was AMAZING and very helpful!

It was unfortunate that the elevators were being refurbished during this visit, but overall this is the first place I try to book for my quarterly teips to Vancouver.

The hotel is next to the hockey stadium but all around this area is a great range of food options, restaurants, cafes, take ways chains and a 4 -5 min walk into the centre of vancouver. the hotel only had one elevator working but apart from the wait it was very good. Breakfast was good with enough variety to be enjoyable. overall we enjoyed our stay the location is good and the area is full of options including a walk down to the river to jump a ferry to Granville island (worth a trip for lunch or snacks etc.

Property was very nice, but one of the elevators was not working. Was definitely inconvenient and wait times for it were long. The stairs were fine but signs on doors said the doors were emergency and would lock on the inside so a bit intimidating to take .
