The rooms were clean. The bed is extremely comfy!!!! Loved the black out blinds for a good night sleep. The outdoor pool is heated which was nice. There’s also a hot tub. Loved it. Would come back for sure

Have been staying at the Hyatt for years as it’s always been a favourite! This time was not as enjoyable. The lighting in the room was terrible, the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything and the elevators were quite dirty. Disappointing to see one of my faves goi g downhill :(
