Pros: Great location. Very walkable to one of the best grocery stores in the area and shopping malls. Next to major public transit. Con’s: one of two primary elevators was out of service, so wait times more than doubled. Parking wasn’t always available, even though it was $25/night. We were comp’d two of four nights due to unavailable parking, but still quite a hassle since it requires circling through the five level parking deck to figure out there’s no parking available

Read before you book. I wish I would have checked other online reviews, not just Expedia’s reviews. Seriously, I can’t believe there are high ratings for this hotel. Our room was very dirty, particularly the bathroom. Mattress cover had stains and was worn. Kleenex box/tissues wet! Phone was dirty under receiver. Told desk clerk our room was dirty who sheepishly said room cleaning was contracted out. No offer to change rooms for us. Cleanliness does not seem be important or a priority at this hotel. I would never stay here again. Very disappointed for the what we paid. Next time staying at the Holiday Inn.
