Smithe House has everything you need and more. Close to Canada line in yaletown=easy access from yvr and great restaurants / shops right out the front door. Love the simple check-in / check-out process and easy connects with the hosts/staff. Could see this becoming a home away from home. Love Van and this just takes the experience up a notch.

Easy to get to & very central to Yaletown and downtown Vancouver. Excellent one bedroom. We didn’t have coffee in the suite but the host responded immediately to my text and delivered some to our suite. I would absolutely stay here again.

Communication with staff was very smooth, i was able to get in suite with no problem i just followed the instructions i was given. The suites were so clean and beautifully set up. This is better than a hotel and better than airbnb. I would recommend it to anybody.

A perfect 10! My suite was beautiful and very comfortable, perfectly situated for the work I was in town to do. The proximity to coffee shops and excellent dinner spots was much appreciated before and after a busy day, and a quick, safe walk away. It was nice that it was clean however seened unorganized as far as parking goes. Myself and another party were frustrated in regards to not having a clue where to park. Once booking is confirmed it would be helpful to be assigned a parking spot at that moment. Or advise when the spot would be assigned. We were 20min away and I still hadn't recieved a spot nor did I relalize that is how you needed to get a spot. It should be clearlystated somewhere to get a parking spot please reachout to get.your assigned spot. There are not alot of spots. There.was alot of confusion upon arrival.
