The property was perfect for what we had to do while we were in BC. After travelling from Alberta, checking in was a breeze. Our room was ideal for what we needed, quiet & comfortable. The breakfast they served were good for us. The location was perfect because it was walking distance to the mall & restaurants.

All staffs I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night and chose it before it provided free shutter to airport. I was having a bad cold and wanted to rest well. Unfortunately the room’s heater is so noisy when I turned it on and the temperature is way too hot because the vent is not adjustable. My face can feel the heat when I lied on the bed. If I lower the temperature, it became cold wind. It is a very old fashion heater which I think the rate for £70/night is overpriced even it was a discounted price when I booked it.

Nice clean, modern hotel in a good part of Miami. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Buffet and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Front desk not quite so much. Small gym with treadmills and dumbbells, but that's all I need. Didn't try the pool but seems nice. Def recommend for business travelers or family short stays.

It was a great stay.The man at the front desk was very helpful and kind.The lady doing the breakfast was really great also.It was very busy on this Thursday morning she kepted everything stocked fresh scrambled eggs very kind and pleasant.Great staff! We will be definitely staying there again.
