"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Very happy with our stay overall. Just one suggestion. In bedrooms where you have instead of king size beds single beds placed next to each other, they tend to move and a gap opens between them. Perhaps they can be locked together so they remain in place. Another very minor comment, the breakfast room needs to also have big spoons for those eating cereals. Perhaps they were there, but we couldn’t find one. Again, much enjoyed our stay, thank you to your staff, will certainly be back."
