The room maid said that the management told her that 4* hotel must change bed-linen every 5 days, whilst in the Tourism law and acts in BG it is clearly stated every other day unless the guest request daily!

Die Betten waren vor Jahren schon verbraucht, das Bad roch stĂ€ndig unangenehm, der Lift völlig ĂŒberfordert und das bei nicht vollem Haus, ein Termin fĂŒr eine Massage nur etwa 7 Tage im Voraus zu buchen und jeder SchĂŒlerspeisung hat ein besseres Essen.
