The only Scandic Hotel in Västerås. Polite staff, easy check-in and very service minded staff in the restaurant when we wanted to dine on the hotel instead downtown due to heavy rain... good food. Comfortable beds in a family room. Basic toilet/shower. Good places to hang clothes. Downside, maybe not the biggest play room for the kids but you had video games, soccer table and the play room with toys and crayons.

Trevligt hotell med trevlig personal som var tillmötesgående. Barnen gillade pingisbord och PlayStation. Poolen var också helt ok. Rummen var små och lite trånga (familjerum) och det blev väldigt varmt på natten.

Vi hade det väldigt trevligt på Scandic Västerås - ett trevligt rum, lobbyn var väldigt mysig. Frukosten var bra! (Extra poäng för små tekannor där man kunde brygga eget te.) Trevlig personal, tack för att ni var så glada.

Trevligt hotell för familjen med lekrum och bra gym. Tysta rum och superbra frukost i lugn och ro. Gratis parkering var ett stort plus! Utifrån såg det rätt trist ut och det låg lite off. Men överlag, om jag återvänder till Västerås bokar jag absolut detta igen.
