"It was a good experience overall. Clean and well managed apartment. They provided a comfortable crib. The Kitchen has 5he needed equipments. "Fantastic staff - friendly, efficient, helpful We had an issue with our room at 10pm on a Friday, went down to the reception and within 10 mins we were packing up and moving to an upgraded room. Would recommend splashing out for a suite as you get free drinks from the bar as well as free breakfast. "The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."
