"Great experience overall as the house and amenities are really made for a big gathering BUT probably for a short period (weekend only) and not for family with children. No washer /dryer on property, average cleaning and decent amount of already broken part of the house. I can see why this is great for a weekend with buddies and i would definitely rent it again but not for a long family gathering."

"A fantastic property which worked well for all people in our party. The houses were clean, well equipped and very comfortable. A superb garden for playing games in and a lovely walk via the gate at the end of the garden. Although no amenities within walking distance it is only a short drive to the local supermarket and Chartres. Pierre is very knowledgeable about the local area and was available by phone should help be required. Overall, we have a very relaxing stay and would love to return...

Les hôtes sont au petit soin et à l’écoute su moindre besoin. Les 2 maisons sont parfaitement équipées et décorées avec goût. Tout y est pour un dépaysement assuré ! "I reserved this room because Expedia lists it as having AC. We stayed in Sept and there was no AC. Were told by the desk they turn it off in the fall. Expedia needs to specify this hotel may not have AC depending on the whim of the owner. Windows open with rain, bad weather, traffic and no bug screens. "Though they do not speak much English, we made it work. They were very nice and accommodating, providing a hair dryer and wi-if. It’s a nice, clean, European hotel.
