"Notre séjour a été agréable. Lorsque nous avons fait appel au propriétaire pour l'entretien de la piscine, il a immédiatement envoyé quelqu'un et tout s'est bien réglé A notre arrivée, la maison était propre, mais les ustensiles de cuisine ne l'étaient pas. La maison est spacieuse et agréable. C'est dommage qu'il n'y a pas suffisamment de chaises pour l'extérieur 4 alors que nous avons loué pour 11 personnes, ni de transats pour entourer la piscine."

"The hosts, Flo and Caro, were most welcoming and helpful. The rental is an entire floor in their renovated farmhouse - separate from the family's living space. It was so comfortable, so well-equipped. The village is small and rural, but very close to the larger town of Salins-le-Bains. The scenery is spectacular. Many local hiking trails nearby. We stayed for almost four weeks. It was very healing. We would definitely book again."

"What a perfect holiday destination! We loved the whole ambience of Chateau de la Loue. We were warmly welcomed by Pierre to a beautiful and generously equipped home and we all felt comfortably at home. There was plenty of space both indoors and outdoors for family fun and games. We weren’t presented with a list of do’s and dont’s. The canoes, the dragon, the wetsuits and shoes were used every day in the river, and the bikes were all used – great for a party to cycle for bread from Ornans each...

"Overall, we were very satisfied with the property! The location was very quiet, beautiful views. The house and pool were foreseen with all necessities and was clean. Due to a storm, there was no WIFI connection available, which we didn't know about up front, it would have been good to have been updated on this as some people in the group had some work/studying to do. We would however definitely recommend this house if you want to have a nice holiday by the pool."

Our children so enjoyed feeding the horses carrots and petting the cows at the end of the road. There just wasn't enough time to enjoy the kayaks on the river. It's a great home! Thank you!"

Quelques petites imperfections techniques: robinetterie de la douche/baignoire mal fixée, une étagère faisant office de table de nuit mal fixée et donc pas horizontale, une lampe de chevet sur cette étagère/table de nuit que je n'ai pas réussi à brancher car je n'ai pas vu de prise accessible. Aussi quelques manques dans les ustensiles de cuisine, et dans le lit une couette avec un drap du dessus plutôt que une housse de couette (selon moi une formule pas idéale question...

"Amazing property. We had a delightful two night stay. The only negative was the breakfast, which it is overpriced and you better wake up early or you risk not being even seen by the limited and overly busy attending personnel. The second day we sat at our table for more than 30 min unacknowledged. At that point we left and had breakfast at the local boulangerie."
