The property is clean, toilet is spacious and well fitted with amenities including ironing board, washer dryer and even a traditional sauna. The check-in and check-out is seamless and quiet. Seems popular for university students nearby but no issues with noise. Highly recommend for the value and location.

Great location
This is more of a condo feel. I rated the service as I did because we really didn't need it. You receive a notice of your apartment and the code to retrieve the key. You let yourself in and check yourself out. Very simple. It is across the street from the university and next to the bus stop to take you back downtown. No better location if you are doing something at the university.

We were quite happy with our room. It is quite spacious and has a nice bathroom and kitchen. There is a bus stop 50m away with buses leaving at every 10 or 15 min. So the city center is easily accessible. There are not many restaurant around but you can reach a few after 15-20 min of walking.
