Staff are not accessible 24/7, they would be working on normal working hours only (starts replying at about 9am); Hot water goes cold after 15 minutes into shower; after paying €20 for delayed check out, the access code on phone has disappeared, have to call the contact number to re-enter the room after 12pm."
