"The receptionists were excellent friendly efficient warm kind great great start room good only comment the bath was old with black in corner the bar and food was very very good once again excellent colleagues the food was very good at reasonable prices .the hotel shuttle to airport was free and on time and again the driver was friendly .well done crown plaza youe colleagues were superb thankyou"

"Very old building, needs some renovation. Breakfast is good but very limited varieties compare to similar status hotels., Otherwise, the area is quite, safe, excellent staff, clean and nice rooms."

"This property is right next to the airport! We came the day before our early flight back to the US and it was perfect!! There’s a great bistro bar downstairs in the huge lobby with pizza, sandwiches, Italian food, kids food, great Italian dishes, etc. there’s also great beers, great wines, soft drinks, all kinds of other types of drinks to make your meals. At 4 am there was a bus every 15 minutes to take us to the terminal. The rooms were really good, super clean, the staff are all cool people. It’s great for individuals or families! It made getting to the airport super easy and stress free. If your flying in late, it’s a perfect place to rest up quick overnight, grab a bite and get ready for an amazing trip before you head to your first spots early the next day too!"

"The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. They will pick you up when you arrived. My room was very spacious and clean! With all the amenities. The restaurant was sublime and friendly staff. I would recommend you to get your dinner here. Traveling to the city is better with the train to Milano Porta Garibaldi. When you are there you can pick the tram, metro or bus to your destination "

"Location!! is you are catching a flight out of MXP! is only 5 minutes away from the airport, Hotel van is quick and reliable, Beautiful area, Excellent customer service, clean comfortable rooms. The only downside is that there is no food available near by, but you can always go to the airport to buy a bite to eat. Will stay here again!!"

"The hotel is in a brilliant location for Stressa itself and for the boats to the Islands. The hotels interior is very Palatial, we expected it to be some what Palatial it was vastly more than we expected. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was lovely."
