"Cosy little building with two bedrooms, a living room, shower room and kitchenette. Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished. Outside, a large patio with seating for 8 people, two tables, a washing hangar and a lawned/grass area. All surrounded by trees and bushes/flowers. Althouhg next to the main road, it was quiet and peaceful. I will book again for next year!"

When we arrived later in the evening we found the only way to the front door was crossing a rickety, rotted out deck with nails sticking up all over. "My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. In late August, the room was very warm as it had a glass door on one side and three large windows/doors on the other. So sun most of the day. "The place is lovely, but beware of Belvilla. I meant to book through Vrbo but had trouble with my American credit card so went through Belvilla instead. Huge mistake. I ended up accidentally booking multiple units, which were cancelled except for 2. Despite repeated attempts with multiple representatives they would not cancel the other one so I ended up with 2. They tried telling me they could not get in touch with the holiday park. I called the holiday park and they said THEY could not cancel...

Great business hotel - everything you need!

"I have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now, whilst on business trips to Utrecht. It has always been a great place to stay, given the level of comfort and price point for a good 4* hotel. Location - right in a shopping mall and a short stroll from a) the station and b) the old town. Plenty of eateries within a short distance, too. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of sockets, a decent coffee machine and big TV. "
