Correct

Hôtel bien situé, accès rapide de la gare routière. Chambre simple, propreté correcte. En revanche, pas d'accueil, chambre surchauffée et impossible de diminuer la température. La TV ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner sur place mais tous les commerçants à proximité. Proche également de beaucoup de lignes de vaporetto.

We arrived after an overnight flight to find our room avaialble in the morning. A lovely surprize. The room was very clean. The staff helpful. It clearly states but do be aware there is no elevator. The stairs are somewhat steep. Rooms only located on the second and third floor. Easy to get in with the door code. So could come and go at our leisure.

Rigtigt dejligt “hotel” beliggende centralt i Venedig. Hotellet er ikke nyistandsat men det afspejler sig også i den meget lave pris pr. Overnatning. Vi havde brug for et sted at sove og det fik vi, til en rigtig god pris. Forvent ikke fint og fancy, men rent og pænt så bliver du ikke skuffet.

El hotel está excepcionalmente situado. Si es cierto que no hay ascensor, son todo escaleras, que el mobiliario es antiguo, no hay servicio de limpieza diario y la recepción está abierta de 9:30 a 15h, pero está súper limpio, la chica de recepción es amabilísima y si se necesitan más toallas o cualquier cosa, te las da encantada. Ubicación ideal y limpieza de las habitaciones es lo que más destacaría, así como el precio de la habitación.

Great location situation very close to the entrance of Venice. No need to take a boat to get there. Walking distance from the garage. The hotel staff here is wonderful. Very helpful and communicative. It was appreciated since we encountered some travel delays which precipitated a later than expected check-in. Our room in the hotel was a bit outdated, however, it was clean. I would consider the room a good value for the money. Being close to the car park was nice. Just be aware that it's a good walk to all of the other sites and locations in Venice. This really isn't a problem, just be aware.

Excelente estancia en Venecia !!!

El hotel es muy viejo, ya que data de 1600 pero es como toda la ciudad! Es un cuarto pequeño pero acogedor, el staff muy amigable y amable, y a mi en particular me quedo perfecta la ubicación ya que estaba a 5 minutos caminando de la estación del tren y a 20 caminando de la plaza de San Marcos, muy bien ubicado !! Sin duda regresaría !!!

対応はとてもいいです。空港からのバスが着くローマ広場にも近く、サンタルチア駅にも近いので便利。朝食は付いていませんが、寝る場所を確保して自由に動きたいならばベストでしょう。部屋はどの部屋もダブル対応の部屋なので、ベッドも部屋も広めです。フロントは朝10時頃から夜7時頃までしか人がいませんが、必要があれば携帯電話で連絡できます（英語可だったはず）。ただし、そういう事情から、朝早くや夜7時以降のチェックインがやむを得ない場合には、事前にメールで連絡しておく必要があります。チェックアウトも早く出たい場合には、フロントに伝える必要があります。鍵はチェックアウトまで持ったまま。夜何時でも入れます。なお、最近はイタリアのホテルでも多くなってきたことで、エコも意識してか、特に冬場は毎日はタオルを変えません（暖房付きのタオル掛けに掛けておくとすぐに乾くので）が、私は不便も不満もありませんでした。

We had a great time in Venice and Hotel ai Tolentini was part of that. The room was great and it was located in a great place. Staff was very helpful giving us tips to how to walk around venice and what to do. Room was clean and they will let you leave your luggage in case you need to check out and you want to stay longer in venice

Perfect hotel to stay in if you want to avoid the stairs over to St. Lucia, i.e., going to and from Marco Polo as you are on the "bus" side plus you are still close enough to everything.

Good location to all points in Venice

Small hotel right in the centre of Venice close to the train and bus stations. Good value for money - especially for its location. However the beds were not very comfortable as you could feel the springs although it was alright for our 1 night stay.

This hotel is not over sold as being a '5' Star when it isn't....it is a very inexpensive terrific option for exploring Venice. Despite being well positioned for getting to and from, looked after very well, exceptionally clean, staff that wants you to enjoy your stay....we are happy to say our 2 separate two day stays were excellent.

We arrived rather late but the hotel ensure that we can check in by providing us with details. Everything was prepared and even with map provided stating place to visit. We were very impressed with the thoughtfulness and details shown. If only electric kettle can be provided then it will be great.ll. Other than that, all was awesome!

Great location and hotel

Loved our stay in Venice. The hotel was the perfect location and the reception staff advised us on where to eat for dinner. We would recommend this hotel for any couples looking to take a trip to Venice on a budget. You can walk around the island easily from the hotel and it’s a short distance from the station.

Close to transit and sites

Small local hotel. Clean with basic comforts. Very helpful staff on check in. About 20 min walk to Rialto bridge and 3 mins to bus/tram/train. Not fancy but would recommend for location and price if you want to stay on the islands.

Motel barato de beira de estrada

Primeiro o hotel e bem localizado , limpo , mas o atendimento e ruim mesmo !!! Primeiro não tinha ninguém para fazer check in , o dono tralahava na vendinha na frente do hotel e deixou nós todos esperando 30 minutos as 23:00 da noite na rua , fomos pedir informação sem saber que ele era dono ou trabalhava lá e ele fez foi tirar onda com agente ..... Depois de fazer check in descobri que a tv não funcionava e o chuveiro estava quebrado só funcionado o chuveirinho ( acessório igual uma mangueira de aguar planta ) Como era noite fui no dia seguinte pedir para resolver , começou a enrolação !!!! Chamei o bombeiro mas ele só vem a noite , como só uso o hotel para dormir e tomar banho não liguei de chegar às 20/00 e está tudo resolvido Quando cheguei a noite a tv já estava resolvido mais o chuveiro não , então questionei porque não poderia pagar sem poder tomar banho Me responderam que os serviços estavam sendo oferecidos de acordo com o pagamento Voltei a reclamar e ameacei pedir o dinheiro devolva aí eles mudaram de quarto mas sem gostar muito Resumindo hotel bem localizado mais sem estrutura e sem atendimento decente Deve ser chamado de motel e nunca de hotel Não recomendo para ninguém Quero o valor de uma diária devolvido Como faço para ter esse dinheiro Devolta ?
