"While every other hotel/motel in the area was $200 a night, Sunshine was a good value at $85 per night. Rooms have been remodeled, but still very dated looking and remodel workmanship was sloppy. Bed was cozy. They should get new powdered creamer packets for the coffee….the ones supplied on my 3 nights were no longer powder, but more like peanut brittle consistency. They eventually melted in the coffee 😉"

"Home is as advertised in a very quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the evening and the porch light was on so that was a nice welcoming touch. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and we had all the information we needed to start our vacation.
