Sunny apartment with large terrace a stone's throw from Rialto Bridge, free wifi

Tourist charge (2 euros each person each night until the 5th night, then free) and final cleaning (20 euros) are not included in the price.

Very important!: since some months we get a new shower box! So no problem anymore with the water that went on the floor when one was taking a shower.... You can read some new guests' reviews about that.

Description of the apartment: Bright and newly renovated apartment with private terrace in the green area equipped with table and chairs. This is a third floor with elevator to the second. In the center of Venice, a stone's throw from the Rialto. There is a bedroom with a double bed. In the small dining room there are the table with chairs and a sofa bed. Windowed bathroom with toilet, washbasin, and a new box shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped with electric stove for cooking, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, electric juicer. In the apartment there is air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board, free wifi connection. We can provide bed for baby and high chair. The terrace is equipped with chairs, table and deck chairs and is decorated with various plants, jasmine, honeysuckle, ivy-American, bamboo ..... it is a real pleasure to have breakfast or dinner in perfect peace and tranquility just some steps from the Rialto bridge and 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco! Rialto is the true heart of Venice, there is the picturesque market of fruit, vegetables and fish. In Rialto you find everything you need: museums, restaurants, markets, theater, bars.
Rialto waterbus station is just under the apartment and from the airport of Venice there is a direct public water bus line that will bring you directly to Rialto. From Rialto you can also take the boat to the beautiful beaches of Lido.
