Fun at the lake

This home by the lake has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and bunk bed in each room, a pull out couch, two sectional couches and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out. Walk half a block to the lake with a private dock for your boat, do some fishing or just enjoy the scenery. You will be only minutes to all the shopping, restaurants and fun that Clear Lake has to offer.

Great stay
My family frequents the Clear Lake area all year long. This is our favorite place to stay! It’s in a great location with a lake view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with nearby highway access if needed. The house is fantastic for two small families and a dog to share with plenty of room. Kandice was great to work with and was accommodating to our requests! We will continue to stay over and over again.

It was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend maybe a bath mat in the upstairs bathroom. It was kinda slippery in the tub. But overall it was a beautiful house and it was very cozy.

Lots of room for two families with young kids. Front deck is comfortable, plus a fire pit out back. Dock is okay for fishing and tying up watercraft -- but water there is not good for swimming. If you don't mind driving (or biking) the five miles to the town of Clear Lake where the beach and most of the attractions are, this is an affordable option.

Lake house get away.
This place is cute, nestled right on the hill side of Clear lake. Has a lake view from the house with a large front deck. The house is super comfortable and plenty cozy for those cold nights and a very quiet neighborhood. The house has been recently renovated and looks like updates are still being added. Can’t say enough good on how much everyone enjoyed their stay. We appreciate the hospitality and can’t wait to get back up to the area.

Overall a cute house
Overall the house is in good shape. The front and back storm doors need replaced. Since pets are allowed was expecting a fenced backyard but is not fenced. The appliances are new but the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well.

Weekend getaway for sports tournament
The layout of the house was perfect for entertaining. It was lacking in some kitchen equipment (no tupperware, mixer, dishcloths or pot holders). We had to do a quick wipedown of the fridge, counter tops and pans but everything else felt clean. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
