Located only 10 houses from the sand, this recently remodeled, single-story beach bungalow has all the amenities for your relaxing vacation. Surrounded by a private garden and privacy fence on a quiet family-oriented beach lane, this classic beach house has a gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemaker, small appliances and filtered drinking water.

The single-story open floor plan, skylights and white-washed hardwood floors create a light-and-airy, peaceful atmosphere. The combination living room/dining room/office has plenty of seating with an HD smart TV serviced by Cable. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a new queen bed and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. This bedroom is served by an adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo. High speed WiFi is available throughout. The property has a 2-car carport and additional street parking in front of the house.

Step out onto the private deck to relax in the sun and enjoy the panoramic mountain views and peek-a-boo view of the beach. The main deck is equipped with a fire pit, 4-chair patio set, umbrella, and various comfy chairs. The private back patio next to the kitchen has a gas BBQ and bistro table with chairs. The hot-and-cold outdoor shower is just steps away from the outside entrance into the 1/2 bath and laundry room, perfect for quick beach-to-house access without tracking sand.

The property is not only within walking distance of the beautiful beach, but also to the quaint Pierpont shopping area offering dining, drinks, and yogurt, surf, and coffee shops. The shopping center just a few blocks away offers a large Vons supermarket, Donut shop, Starbucks, bike shop, running shop, laundry mat, etc. Walking and biking trails are available nearby, and don't miss the amazing sunsets and views of the Islands from the beach!

Exceptional Property with a Wonderful Location
Very comfortable indoor and outdoor living. Very clean, newly remodeled, and promotes a relaxing environment. Very well stocked, even 2 sets of dishes! You could tell the owner wanted you to have a good experience. The location was perfect, within a block of the beach. If you are going to the channel islands, the marina is a 8 min drive. We will definitely come back for a longer stay.

We had a beautiful three day weekend at the beach. Laura’s vacation rental is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly want to enjoy your time at the beach. Perfect Family Vacation
We couldn't be happier with our decision to stay in Laura's beach bungalow. Everything was exactly as described and Laura was a very gracious host. The bungalow was close to the baby shower we were attending (10 minute drive), just a short walk to the beach and centrally located near groceries, restaurants, and breweries. The highlight of the trip was my 3 year old granddaughter squealing with joy and doing the happy dance when she discovered the sand toys in the shed! We would definitely stay here again.

My sister lives in the area and we enjoyed this place to collect. We didn’t do this for the beach access but it is a prime location. The host was thorough, communicative, and explained the need for a short second step to complete for booking. Spent memorial day weekend here with some college friends from UCSB, we had never spent time in this neighborhood and it was so comfy, quiet, and beautiful to be located so close to the beach! Great Coastal Getaway
The property was beautiful inside and out. The landscaping was well done with amazing plants and flowers. Indoors, the coordinating coastal theme contributed to the feeling of a relaxing vacation. We stayed at the Pierpont Beach Bungalow with our niece and nephew for President’s Day Weekend. The home was perfect! Everything was extremely clean and had an awesome beach vibe decor. We loved the setup of the house, too. It felt like two separate master suites. The open floorplan allowed us to spend a lot of time hanging out and playing card games. The outdoor shower and entrance to the washroom made it easy to return from outdoor adventures. The house has a prime location, as well. It’s set in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The beach is a 2 minute stroll. Downtown Ventura and the harbor are a 5 minute drive. Everything one might need is nearby! Overall, our stay at the Pierpont Beach Bungalow was nothing short of exceptional. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a fun-filled getaway by the shore.

Once again, a great stay!
Laura continues to amaze me with her personable, kind, and generous disposition. She is the most attentive host I have ever dealt with, and staying at this home is oh so easy. My 86 yo mom is able to climb the total of two steps to get in home ( one being the “stoop” at door), and there are no tripping hazards for mobility issues. Location is super excellent, furnishings good, beds comfortable, plenty of supplies/kitchen ware, etc. Night lights, too - which is very nice when in a new setting! We will be back!
