"The location can NOT be better. It is fabulous. The price is more than fair. The rooms are little rundown. Our fireplace didn’t work. The small exterior heater didn’t work. The furniture on the balcony was very old, dirty and is disrepair. But all of those negatives didn’t matter. The views were tremendous. The proximity to the ocean (30 seconds walk from room to beach), the sounds of the crashing waves, the quaintness of the neighborhood and the more than fair price made it worth it. "

"Loved the decor of this place and the outdoor space is awesome. My husband, dog and I hung out there a lot. Nice to have a fenced in yard as well. I wish there had been more stuff to walk to, but the residential neighborhood was cute. And lots of things were a short drive away. Overall great place! "
