Enjoy a luxury ranch that boasts beautiful views of Texas landscape. The property includes a 7000 sq. ft. Texas style main house with 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and an additional half bath downstairs near the kitchen and outdoor area. It also includes an office and game room. The large gourmet kitchen includes a wet bar, ice machine and wine cooler that overlooks the living space with views of the see-through fireplace. Off the kitchen, you can enjoy the infinity pool with overlooking views of the gorgeous rolling acreage.

Next door, you can take full advantage of the additional amenities of the 4,000 sq. ft. recreation house that has 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, a standalone large steam room and massage room. Additionally, there's a full kitchen, separate half bath, and an enclosed racquetball court. Outside you'll enjoy a full-size tennis court that doubles as a basketball court. The rec center is also perfect for work meetings with its standalone conference room that can accommodate up to 75 people comfortably.

The property is a fully functioning cattle ranch that also includes over 350 acres of high fence stocked with exotic animals. Additional services include fishing, skeet shooting, and an event venue.
