The location is a plus and the staff were so welcoming and help a lot with many of my inquiries, the ladies at the front desk lobby were incredible, I wish i could remember their names, Marta Rodrigues is one of them. The staff at breakfast area were like family, they knew my orders after 3 days ( i stayed a total of q5 days and will be back February 9th) Hugo, Kathia and the hostess were great, I was very happy to have breakfast each day with such a lovely team (and breakfast was good 👍).
I encounter some minor issues though: like the first week I had the shower flooding constantly (room 417) then in room 221 the AC did not work 😑 and end up sleeping in such a hot room... they fix it but it kept stopping. Also, I had to use an extension cord from the bedroom to the bathroom to be able to use hair dryer...

"Great breakfast. Couldn't control the room temperature during the winter. I guess it is set up only with heater. We had to open the window to cool the room, then it was noisy. Besides that, it was great!"
