Each apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 adults, as it has 2 bedrooms (one of them with single beds of 80 x 200). It also has 1 full bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room with a Smart TV.

Located in Residencial Alborada, a textile urbanization only 150 meters from El Playazo beach, with a lift, a communal pool + a children's pool (open in June, July, August and September), a paddle tennis court, a children's playground, and an underground garage.

You will find bars and restaurantes only 200 metres away, and a large supermarket and a water park less than 5 minutes away by car.

There is a bus stop very close by so you can visit neighbouring towns such as Garrucha, Mojácar and Villaricos. Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour away by car.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged. In the case of a monthly rental with a discount, electricity is NOT included. 1 pet / booking is allowed. Young groups are not accepted. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.

Perfecto todo.
El apartamento estaba correcto, limpio y como se describía en el anuncio. Cerca de la playa. Se necesita coche para ir a comprar. Zona muy tranquila. La única pega el horario de la piscina. Muy corto. La urbanización muy limpia y todo muy cuidado.

A mejorar: alguna balda en el baño para los accesorios de aseo, el.plato del microondas que gire dentro del mismo y un escobon para la terraza de entrada, que si llueve, como fue el caso, se pone de pajas y retamas hasta arriba y si limpias con la escoba de dentro la.estropeas. Precioso apartamento con detalles a mejorar
El apartamento y la finca son eSpectaculares, de diseño moderno y entorno agradable con una piscina increible. El apartamento está muy escaso de vasos y platos, y cafeteras estropeadas. El lavavajillas no funciona bien, hay que empujar un poco la rueda de vez en cuando para que siga y el sifón pierde agua que hay que estar todo e rato recogiendo. Todo eso teniendo en cuenta que al recoger la llave nos dijeron que estaba en orden. El socorrista no trata igual a los propietarios que a los alquilados, generando situaciones de tensión. En resumen, si te metes en tu burbuja y pasas de todo disfrutarás mucho pero sino pasaras ratos desagradables.
