The handle in the bath broke, I almost had the room flooded, however it was just open too much but I never had anything handle that could r Literally be taken off the wall if open too much

Great location if you love to party all night. I’m old so I don’t. J/k. I’m not that old. But in seriousness it is loud until past midnight and karaoke is a thing right next to the place. Bad karaoke. The room was spacious. The bed was like a concrete wall. But is common in Mexico. Parking was 2 blocks away so kinda a pain to get your luggage to and from.

Las habitaciones son cómodas, casi no se escucha el ruido del exterior, lo que no me gustó es que el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel, tienes que hacer el check in para que te den un pase y puedas llevarlo al estacionamiento, de la habitación solo no me gustó la pantalla, no tienen canales de streaming, solo canales gratuitos de Roku. La cafetería también está fuera del hotel.

Todo bien, el estacionamiento no es en la propiedad, debes caminar algunas cuadras, no cuentan con elevadores ni tampoco con personal que te ayude a subir o bajar maletas, es uno de estos hoteles sin ningún plus que agregar

La propiedad se encuentra en lugar estratégico, presente inconveniente, que tardó bastante en resolverse, pero al final el gerente Elvira de la propiedad tubo la amabilidad de estar al pendiente de mi estadía, solamente sugiero que mejoren sus procesos si en futuras ocasiones llegan a tener algun inconveniente presentado similarmente, no hagan esperar al huésped, así mismo a su personal lo capaciten para dar soluciones al instante y no las den tan ambiguas

El hotel está bonito pero cierto detalles muy incómodos 1. No cuenta con elevador horror subir al 4 piso así no es posible 2. Estacionamiento está lejos de ahí 3. Habitación que nos nos tocó del 4 piso eran 6 am y el sol me daba en la cara las cortinas demasiado cortas 4. Falta más amabilidad de recepción Limpieza buen estado comodidad de cama y lo demás bien
