"The staff was wonderful. We had a leak in our bathroom and they immediately got us to a much better and bigger room. They made everything so easy and smoth. "Breakfast can improve"

"Very nice property overlooking the malecón and shipyards. Our room was waterfront and the large window was clouded up to the point you could not see thru it. The shower wasn’t draining so I removed the drain cover and pulled a large wad of hair out of the drain. The coffee maker didn’t work properly and surprisingly no safe in the room. Maybe it was just our room. "

"It was really loud, people were yelling and playing really loud music until almost 5AM."

"Location is excellent, facility conditions need some improvement. The fridge wasn't cooling properly and the stove did not heat up very well. Needed some cleaning inside the cabinets. Personnel was very nice, the cleanness crew was very nice. "

"Las paredes estan sucias, las camas no son cómodas (no son colchones), no cuentan con tapones para las tinas y nos dieron un cuarto a lado de donde come el personal, por lo cual en la mañana había mucho ruido y no se descansa bien. No hay suficiente espacio en el estacionamiento, no alcanzamos lugar"
