"Europalace exceeded all expectations. We got a corner lake view room and it was absolutely stunning! The hotel room was spacious, clear and you could tell that the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, and walkable to all the necessary areas around. The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel. If you take the train, just know there is a bus stop that is slightly hidden that will take you to the city center then you will have to walk to the hotel. But, that is just...

"A nice oldish hotel, very well located close to the boat stop, from which one can easily travel to Stresa and the islands. Pleasant and friendly staff, quiet surroundings with a possibility of a comfortable walk to Intra with its excellent restaurants. Varied and tasty breakfast. My only complaint is that the room was not well sound isolated, and especially in the late evening I could hear water flushing, TVs running, people snoring, etc. Not a big deal, but an opportunity for improvement....

"Perfect location, stayed in a suite, enough room for 5 people, very clean, swimming pool great, great bar/restaurant and very reasonable prices and food was delicious! You do need a car to get about. Air conditioning not great, WiFi bit weak, and not so great mosquitos! "
