Perfect location, stayed in a suite, enough room for 5 people, very clean, swimming pool great, great bar/restaurant and very reasonable prices and food was delicious! You do need a car to get about. Air conditioning not great, WiFi bit weak, and not so great mosquitos!

Außer das der Pool um 19 Uhr schließt und erst um 10 Uhr öffnet ist es hier sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr Freundlich. Die Lage toll. Unterkunft sehr zweckmäßig. Wunderbar unkompliziert auch fpr eine Nacht!

Eine sehr schöne und stetig saubergehaltene Anlage. Das Personal ist stets freundlich und hilfreich, zudem besitzt die Anlage ein Restaurant mit guter Küche. Die Bungalows sind sehr ansprechend. 2mal Toiletten/Bad, Klimaanlage, Küche und Betten lassen keine Wünsche offen. Einziger, wirklich einziger Wermutstropfen, ist die Nebenstrasse welche an der Anlage vorbeiführt. Diese wird als Umfahrung (gerade morgens) häufig genutzt. Hier sollte eine Lösung (Schallmauer/-schutz oder extreme Geschwindigkeitsbergrenzung an die sich gehalten werden muss) gefunden werden. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt, weil alles andere einfach total gepasst hat und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.

Schöne kleine Anlage

Es ist eine kleine schöne saubere Anlage, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Nudelgerichte des Tages sind lecker. Die Suite war mit 2 Bädern für 4 Personen geräumig und die große überdachte Terrasse eignete sich zum Frühstück oder zum gemütlichen Ausklang des Tages. Das einzig störende sind die lauten Züge der naheliegenden Bahnstrecke.

Fijne kleine camping

Fijne camping met eigen zwembad. Wel jammer dat je overal met de auto naar toe moet, zelfs naar camping Conca dÓro.

Ok but a bit noisy

We booked the room as we thought it was next to the lake as the pictures suggested however this is the camping village a bit further down which was slightly disappointing. However the place was spotless and the staff were extremely friendly. The one thing is it can get very noisy through the night. There is a train line quite close which woke us up in the night and you can hear everything outside through the night. We were also unlucky the the weather and the area was quite cool, even with the heating on we were quite cold through the night. However for a family the place is spacious and the facilities are good, unfortunately you can't choose the weather!!

Unsere Kabine war 2 Meter von der Strasse entfernt. Nachtruhe war nicht da. Zum Teil unfreundliches Personal. Mikromarkt Preise zu hoch: 1.5 Liter Wasser 2.50 Euro.

Un excellent souvenir !

Nous avons séjourné au camping 4 nuits en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Les personnes étaient très sympathiques et d'une grande aide pour les diverses excursions et les bons plans. Le camping est à quelques minutes de Intra pour le marché du samedi, de Baveno pour la découverte des îles Borromées et de Stresa pour la montée sur le Mottarone et sa luge d'été. Notre mobilhome (supérieur) était vraiment top. Nous avons également pu apprécier la belle piscine (attention à prendre un bonnet de bain car obligatoire). Nous avons payé 1 euro par jour pour le wifi. Un petit magasin est disponible au bar. Un parc de jeu moderne pour les enfants est disponible (toboggan, balançoires, tables de ping-pong), nos enfants ont vraiment adoré. De plus, nous avons pu parqué notre voiture gratuitement. Il reste à signaler que ce camping n'est pas au bord du lac mais plus en retrait et il faut un moyen de locomotion pour s'y rendre. Nous le recommandons !

nous avions un bungalow N°1 au bord de la route très bruyante + le train+ les moustiques, climatisation pas nettoyée donc arrivée de petites pellicules noires sur la table. Prévoir des couvertures ou duvets au printemps.

Für Familien gut geeignet. Spielplatz vorhanden. Schöner Pool. Abtrocktuch muss mitgenommen werden. Spülmittel kann in der Snackbar gekauft werden. Für Pool muss man Badekappe und Strandschlarpen haben. Diese können auch in der Snackbar gekauft werden. WLAN kostet pro Tag 1 Euro. Ideal gelegen für Ausflüge am Lago Maggiore, Lago d'Orta, z.B. nach Locarno, auf den Markt von Intra oder Canobbio, nach Stresa, zu den Boromäischen Inseln.

Definitely will Visit Again!!

I stayed here, at Village Conca D'Oro, with my two children, 8 and 6. We had a fabulous time! The staff cannot do enough for you and their recommendations of things to do and see were great! Being from the UK there wasn't any English around, mainly German & Dutch but that didn't affect our stay, everyone were very friendly. There's a good pool on site, but you do have to wear a skull cap to go into the pool, which I found a bit strange as down the road at the Aqua Park you don't. There's a lake nearby which is excellent. The caravans are basic, but not Air Con and it's only somewhere to crash.

Internetbeschiss wegen strand

Es war nicht ersichtlich im Internet das der Strand soweit weg ist bzw auch nur mit auto erreichbar da nur eine Schnellstraße hinführt.außerdem war das mobilheim an der Strasse mit einer Hecke dazwischen ziemlich laut....die Strasse wird die ganze nach befahren...die Preise für ein Bier unverschämt 5 Euro!im Kiosk.weit weg von exzellent wie angepriesen.

Super point de départ pour visiter le lac

Voiture indispensable. A quelques minutes seulement des principales villes de Stresia et Verbania. L'accueil est vraiment super, Hélène et son mari sont adorables et ont a coeur de vous accueillir au mieux! Un super séjour ! Attention pour les personnes qui ont le sommeil très léger, la ligne de chemin de fer passe derrière les mobiles home; nous n'avons pas été réveillés pour notre part.
