"The hotel is in a superb location in the centre of Toulouse. We had booked a premium room and were given a very early check-in without charge about 1100 when we arrived to drop our luggage. The room was bright and well furnished. However, the bathroom was smelly, and the view was of a brick wall. The hotel upgraded us to a superbly spacious and well-equipped junior suite. There is a pleasant dining room / breakfast area with outdoor courtyard space."

We managed to find ourselves locked out of the hotel after reception opening hours, but the telephone hotline operator was very forthcoming and able to help us without much ado. Would happily stay here again when in Toulouse."
