"Hall ways looked dirty and worn, breakfast was a joke, out of everything, and food everywhere where people had dropped it on the counter, very understaffed in the breakfast area "

"We only stayed over night so didn't use the pool. It looked great! The only complaint was that the door to the bathroom was really beat up and the outside of the shower by the floor was not kept up. Otherwise a great, more quiet spot"

"Had ocean view, had to pay additional money for a parking spot that should come with a room rental. No mention of this until after the room transaction was completed "

"Everything was great except when I went to do laundry the washers were dirty and when I went to dry my clothes the one on the left dried the clothes the one on the right did not dry the cloth the I thought it might have been because I had 3 beach towels so I put $2.00 in and they did not dry so my clothes in the dryer on the left finished drying so I put my towels in that dryer on the left side and they dried I called the front desk to let them know what had happened and the lady got a little disrespectful telling me they won’t let me refund that much I told her I wasn’t lookin for a refund I was just letting them know what had happened so other guests wouldn’t have the same problem and I hung up, she should have listened to what I was saying instead of getting rude."

"This place is an incredible value with a great location, just outside of the gate of Sandestin resort and walking distance to everything on grand Boulevard great room, comfortable bed, great little restaurant with Starbucks coffee downstairs"
