Unsere Anreise nach Verona war abenteuerlich und mit mehreren Stunden Verspätung, sodass wir erst nach 23 Uhr angekommen sind. Unterwegs nahmen wir Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber auf, der uns beruhigte und in keiner Weise zur Eile drängte. Trotz der späten Stunde wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Wir lieben Verona ohnehin, aber der Aufenthalt in der Relais Pensiero hat ihn nochmal besonders gemacht. Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend und unser Zimmer war nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die kleine Pension besticht durch ihre liebevolle Ausstattung und viele Details, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Prosecco und es standen jederzeit Kaffee und kleine Süßigkeiten bereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft all jenen empfehlen, die nicht nur Verona besuchen möchten, sondern sich auch rundum willkommen fühlen wollen!
