"I was rushing to go to the airport first thing in am and the coffee machine in the lobby was not working.The manager gave me a old cofee in a small cup and charged me 8 euro for it.When I reminded her that their machine is not working she said it is what it is."

"This property was a nice surprise, right across the street from the Geneva train station. Guest rooms are tiny but efficient and clean. Didn’t have the breakfast. I would stay here again. "

"So, this is a no-frills hotel in a great location. The rooms are really small and the layout is a bit inconvenient with the orientation of the bed causing one person to crawl over the other in order to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The hotel is run by a bunch of twenty-somethings, but they did an excellent job and were really helpful. Outside of the small room, our stay was quiet and comfortable. You will hear the trams as the street adjacent is the tramway, but they didn't bother me. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location in the old town. The lake view rooms are not worth paying-up for as the lake is too far away for a view. Breakfast is good, but ridiculously expensive with no cook to order. All considered, I probably wouldn't stay there again because of the size of the rooms, but that's the only real drawback."
