It is a very quiet area and a great spot to base yourself if you are interested in exploring the vineyards and villages in the Champagne region. "Fabulous holiday for 3 generations. Online listing and photos do not do it justice. The farmhouse was outstanding and fully caters for 12 people. "Die Unterkunft war toll und ein Erlebnis. An das Konzept des Trockenklos muss man sich etwas gewöhnen, aber die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns jederzeit gut geholfen und versorgt! "Initial impressions were very good. Large space both indoors and outside. All amenities advertised were there and functional (kitchen knives would benefit from a good sharpening 😃). Bedrooms were clean with fresh linen. Good wardrobe space. We made use of the pool but never got round to using the hot tub. Great place for a relaxing stay with friends. Sandrine is welcoming but doesn’t speak any English so brush up on your French! Good location and plenty to see in the area"

"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. Dryer was not up to the task, but there was a clothes hanger that did help. Thankfully we stayed 5 days. Saturday morning market is 50 meters from the door and it is a must.
