"We had two dogs with us and it was perfect for them. Lovely place out back for them to run around, also nice area for families to enjoy a picnic or BBQ in the summer. Owner was very friendly and helpful, and place was spotless and very clean with self contained kitchenette. "

"Excellent séjour à l'hotel Universel. 2 pour 1 au spa en début de semaine👍. Chambre très propre, lits confortables, fenêtre qui s'ouvre si on n'aime pas l'air climatisé. Bonne grandeur de piscine, mais j'ai préféré le spa pour sa tranquilité. Nourriture excellente pour le souper au Boréal."
"The hotel was easy access to major highway. Which is convenient when travelling. It was just an overnight stay and we wanted to be close to major roads and not waste time driving miles out of our way to find a place to sleep. It was quiet, clean and had a restaurant there and major chain coffee shop across the street. I would recommend this hotel for travellers."
