Beautiful room in a very central area! Stayed for one night as a stopover and they provided pickup from the train station when I asked. I was also upgraded to a bigger room!

Location was excellent. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Valet service for parking was first class. Breakfast was comprehensive (didn’t have dinner there)
Reason this is not a ‘5’ is that the hotel is a bit ‘tired’ and in need of a refurb. The downsides of an old building (few power points, a quirky water system etc) were much in evidence.

"Parked in multi-storey behind/under hotel. Free and simple. Savona is a very busy place. We only stayed for a one night stopover. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly, had upgraded us from a triple room to two adjoining rooms. Room clean and spacious. Tv took a while to connect too and work( ..."
