"Loved this hotel and it was a fantastic location but there was a noise coming from the heating/ air con vent whether it was on or not. It got so loud sometimes that it impacted my sleep. I was offered an alternative room but that had the same issue. I’d stay again in a heartbeat if the noise issue was resolved. "

"I had a really lovely stay, check in and reception staff wereovely and my room was clean and comfortable. It was noisy on a morning - very little sound proofing and cleaning staff talking loudly. "Extremely close to the train station. You can just walk across the street and the hotel is in front. Breakfast is a bit hard to get food. Not replaced as it is emptied. Sausages especially. Too many tour groups use this hotel and is used by tourists. Reception is not able to give advice on how to get to things like pharmacy or banks. Their solution was “take a taxi” Bologna is undergoing a great deal of street construction so a taxi is a waste of money and time in blocked traffic. "
