The owners of the hotel have a golden heart. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, the room service outstanding, everything functioning. We loved the family atmosphere. The hotel is situated on the canal within a walking distance from the beach, there are lots of dining options around, and it is easy to get out of the city quickly. A great value for money. Happy to recommend!

Not as expected
Family owned hotel, staff did not speak English. Difficult to communicate. Was said to be smoke free, but staff and other guests smoked indoors. Staff Also held pets indoors, and the dog barked constantly. Very uncomfortable, since it was possible to hear neighbouring guests' business in their room from our own. Also, one Night we were woken up to another guest knocking on our door and singing/listening to very very loud Music. Wifi did not work on our floor. The common areas was not available to the guests, staff used it for their own leisure.

L’Hotel Matilde è una piacevole struttura in stile motel, con camere spaziose e un bagno molto pulito. La zona è silenziosa e ideale per chi cerca relax, e il personale che mi ha accolto è stato gentile e disponibile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è buono e, anche se un po’ distante dalle principali attrazioni per chi desidera svaghi nelle vicinanze, è una location perfetta per un soggiorno tranquillo. Consigliato!

Non si riusciva a respirare la notte.. aria condizionata che non funzionava e in più la posizione della camera era terribile.. quasi tutte le camere affacciano su una strada molto principale, infatti ancora fino alle 2 di notte si sentivano motorini e macchine che correvano
