I love this spa and the location - the rooms and spa itself are a little tired. Tiles missing from the spa - things not open, etc. Overall it was a good experience but could use some updates.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. Julie, the manager in the bar is the best! She will tell you where to go for dinner, lunch and help you explore the best parts of Vichy! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Outdoor areas are wonderful and they are situated right on the promenade.

Spa was fully booked so no chance for massage and their webbsite only worked in French so couldnt book in advance. The hotel had breakfast from 07.00 but eggs,bacon etc we had to wait a half hour for !!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Wonderful park right in front of the hotel and along the river and great for walking our little dog. Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant. The spa experience was good. But the pool on the 7th floor was in bad condition. Dozens of loose little tiles and dirt at the bottom. But, all in all, we would stay again.

It was a quick stop but the whole town is very walkable and the parc nearby is absolutely gorgeous. We ordered room service, which was served on the dot by a very courteous, but also very discreet gentleman. The bellman took care of our electric vehicle and returned it to us fully charged.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel - breakfast was superb, service was sterling (especially reception staff), rooms were large and luxury. Spa is small but boasts selection of saunas (dry, non-dry, hammam) and medium mineral hydromassage pool. It also has selection of herbal cold teas and mineral water. The only this is that a few showers didn’t work properly - this needs to be addressed. The hotel is located opposite the Vichy water sources so you can visit drinking taps in the morning and choose one of the 5 taps of local mineral water to drink. Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for this wonderful time.

Vichy est une ville magnifique pleine de ressources beaucoup de sérénité qui a su faire cohabiter l homme et la nature…. L hôtel Vichy célestins complète parfaitement ce ressenti avec un confort aussi bien hôtelier qu au SPA et une super équipe (j ai beaucoup apprécié les massages de Camille au SPA qui sont exceptionnels) et une médaille d or pour l équipe du petit déjeuner : formidable…. Petit bémol pour le restaurant qui n est pas à la hauteur du reste (était beaucoup mieux l année dernière) bref c est un endroit confortable dans un décor magnifique où l on a envie de revenir
