It was the perfect location for the event we were attending. Being right next to a highway, and our room faced that side, meant it was quite noisy at night. The price was kinda high for an average type room. Overall a good experience though.

Originally I was upset because i booked via expedia and thought i booked a hotel that was in a way better location to downtown facilities. Turns out that it wasnt what i booked, okay, fine. People make mistakes so its whatever. THEN it came to paying, and they charged me extra by $350. When i almost fell over because of the rediculas price, and how i was shocked that i was being charged so much more they dismissed my feelings and the principal of the situation by stating "oh you booked with expedia so you probably booked in american" no. I clicked on canadian curancy and booked in victoria which means it would be canadian. How did this booking get so messed up?! I wasnt happy and to help compinsate they gave me a package of nuts...gee thanks. I dont even like nuts. They dismissed me by stateing that i need to go via expedia for my refund but expedia isnt the one who took my money. So. Also, when i examined the washroom and bathtub area, there were hairs at the bottom of the tub (thinking they were my husbands) i decided to have a shower, then noticing that the tub was clogged and i was forced to stand in dirty shower water. I didnt think this was a big deal until i asked my hisband if he showered priod to me showering and he stated that he never used the shower yet. Thats gross! So the tub wasnt cleaned out before we got in the room and i laterally just showered in someone elses stuff! Apparently the tub got unclogged "its not our fault" was the conclusion after we complained

I want to thank the staff, especially our cleaning staff and front desk staff for providing an excellent experience. They performed their service and duties superbly. The cleanliness, comfort and appearance was good. What they could have used more of was a more comfortable outside space. Overall, good experience, well located, and great staff.

We booked a king bed with kitchenette. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a small fridge, microwave, a cooktop, toaster and some basic pots and pans which made it convenient to cook a simple breakfast. There were grocery stores close by and a restaurant on site so there were options to get food. The staff were very friendly, especially Rodrigo. We took advantage of the free fancy coffee machine in the lobby (there was coffee/tea in our room) and the free mountain bikes available for guests. The area is about 3km from downtown Victoria. I would book there again if I go back to Victoria.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We needed a room at ground floor so it was easier for my mom and they were great at communicating with me about it. They were also very helpful when I called and requested if we could get an early check in. Aerial called me several times to give me an update on the room readiness. I really appreciate that. They had plenty of parking so that was a plus!! The room itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Overall it’s a great place to stay at and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay at in Victoria.

Great room and staff. Would be my preferred hotel in Victoria. Not that I asked, but I wish a shuttle to downtown was provided just based on its location. I would plan to stay again during my next trip to Victoria. A better deal and hotel than staying downtown while still remaining close.

The hotel is great. Nice looking rooms and the staff is exceptional. We had checked in on Monday, Tuesday I went in for surgery, my husband stayed at the hospital that night while I was in the hospital overnight. The next day, he picked me up saying he got all our stuff from the room. Turned out, he left my bag, purse, dirty clothes and paperwork behind. Called the hotel the next day and our awesome housekeeper packed everything up nicely and turned it in. I can’t say enough on how great the staff was. ♥️
