ESPLANADE BEACH SUITE

Enjoy unobstructed panoramic ocean views from our brand new waterfront, two bedroom, two bathroom, beach suite. Step out onto the Esplanade and indulge yourself in long walks on Willows Beach, Oak Bay's only white sand beach and the finest beach in all of Greater Victoria.

Cindy and I are passionate about developing unique waterfront properties and creating memorable vacation experiences for our guests. You can find reviews for our other waterfront property at VRBO Shawnigan Lake #720196.

Our Esplanade renovation was completed in December 2018 and boasts a 1400 square foot ground-level suite with a full custom kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and under cabinet lighting. The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a three-piece ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two single beds. The main three-piece bathroom includes a full-sized tub. Other amenities include a gas fireplace in the living room, heated tiled floors in the bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer. We pride ourselves on providing an impeccably clean suite for our guests.

Our Esplanade Beach Suite is located on the waterfront in the exclusive township of Oak Bay, and is just a seven minute drive to downtown Victoria. We are only minutes away from waterfront dining at the Marina Restaurant, the Penny Farthing Pub in Oak Bay Village, the Village Restaurant in Estevan Village, an amazing children's park on Willows Beach, and two world class golf courses.

Cindy and I live on the upper floor of the house, and are available to answer questions and make suggestions to ensure that your needs are met during your stay.

Parking and high speed internet access included. Maximum four occupants. No smoking and no pets.

***Jan-May and Oct-Dec, minimum 2 night stay
***Jun-Aug, minimum 3 night stay

Great property. Lovely location. I could sit for hours watching the seals and sea otters play in the harbor in front of the property. Very relaxing. Fairly close to downtown restaurants and attractions. The owners were very responsive and helpful with our stay.

We had a great stay at this property. The suite was exactly as described. We loved being able to relax on the patio and watch the seals in the water. Estevan village, a 5 minute walk away, offered restaurants, cafes, and a pharmacy. Wonderful location. We would stay here again!

Lovely stay on Willows Beach
We just had a fantastic stay at this lower level unit right on Willows Beach with our family of 4. It was super clean and well provisioned with kitchen appliances and implements, beds were very comfortable, and a few nifty features including a gas fireplace in the living area. There is a limited ocean view from the unit itself, but all you have to do is walk out onto the patio and lawn areas to get beautiful sweeping views of the ocean and including the Olympic Peninsula. We went whale watching with Eagle Wing one day (also highly recommended) and saw several orcas in the wild as well as many other interesting ocean creatures. Exactly as advertised, a slice of paradise!

Perfect place for a family of four! This rental was excellent. Colin was very responsive to any questions and very helpful with restuarant recommendations. The place was very clean, had anything you could need and was an amazing location. With the beach right across the street the kids loved playing on the beach and swimming. We really enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and with just a quick drive to downtown it was the perfect spring break to unwind. We would definitley stay here again when visiting VIctoria.
