Renovations will be done Feb 28th, this is a basement suite!! We do live upstairs with our French bulldog Hugo and rescue Stella who share the back yard (dogs). Welcome to our Island Oasis. While staying here you will have the use of the shared above ground solar heated pool with sun loungers and a shared pool bar with swinging seats. On a nice night enjoy your own private patio with a soft tub spa or cold plunge, nice seating area with fire table to keep warm. Enjoy dinner on your private patio with your own 6 person dining table and pizza oven and bbq. Permits allowing you can use the wood fire pit on a cool night. We are very close to thetis lake for paddle boarding, swimming and hiking. You will find music bingo on sat night at the Log House pub, live music on fri and taco tue at The Rack Westcoast bistro. All within walking distance. 5 min from Costco, milestones and many other restaurants close by. Including Bear Mountain, golf courses and grocery stores. The casino is 10 min away we are 5 min off the highway with easy access to our place. Scooters and paddle boards are available for a fee. No candles, glitter confetti, no more than 6 ppl and they must be on the reservation. No hair dye. Pet Policy:
• Fees: $100 pet fee, maximum 2 dogs per reservation.
• Pets Allowed: Only dogs over 2 years old and potty trained.
• Leashing: Dogs must be leashed outdoors at ALL times. Yard is not fenced.
• Clean-Up: Owners responsible for pet waste inside and outside.
• Behavioral Issues: Owners liable to pay for any damage caused by pet.
• Use of Pet Cover: Required on the couch throughout stay.
• No Pets on Bed: Pets not allowed on beds.
• Please notify us beforehand if bringing a dog to avoid additional charges or cancellation.
• Guests assume full responsibility for their dog's behavior and any injuries or incidents during their stay. The host is not liable for pets on the property.
