I highly recommend Mon studio! 10/10! I was afraid to book this place just because it had just 1 review on Expedia but I don't regret. It's very quiet, clean and cozy place to stay. The apartment has literally everything that you need, all sorts of kitchen utensils, a lot of towels and even laundry gel! Location is also great, just 3 min walk to the ocean. Loved this place and with a great pleasure I will book Mon Studio for my future trips. Also a big thank you to the owners of the house for making the apartment as comfortable as possible!

Cute basement apartment near beach
We enjoyed our stay at the Mon Studio. The listing is accurate. The studio is a quick 5 minute walk across to Agate beach. It is a basement apartment that is well appointed with full kitchen equipment, laundry facilities and adorable back yard with grill and patio seating. The bed was firm, plenty of hot water, terrific shower with great water pressure. Great listing for the money!
