Chegamos no hotel e encontramos insetos e moscas mortas na nossa cama, pedimos para que a limpeza do quarto fosse realizada novamente mas mesmo assim o quarto estava sem condições de dormir lá. Ambiente externo mal cuidado, fomos no verão e a piscina muito suja, insetos mortos e teias de aranha espalhados por todo o hotel, fora bitucas de cigarro por todo o lugar e absolutamente todos os estofados estavam com mofo. "Brilliant stay! Paul & Walter were wonderfully warm, welcoming & helpful. Everything was very clean & the bed was very comfortable with soft linen. The shower had hot water with good pressure, and the on-site cafe was very reasonably priced. V close to main square & bus station. Would stay again if we return to Vicuña. "
