Come to the McKenzie River and stay at our relaxing, fully furnished home with 3 bedrooms: including 2 master bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen sized beds. This home sits on the river just steps away from the water and is centrally located near many outdoor attractions. Just to name a few: it is 30 mins to Tamolitch Falls (Blue Pool), 10 mins to Blue River Reservoir, 15 mins to Cougar Hot Springs, and 18 mins to Cougar Reservoir. The McKenzie River is a hotspot for fishing and rafting that our home sits right on the edge of. Adventure by day and sleep to the comfort of the river sounds by night.

Nice cabin with beautiful view of the river
We had a wonderful stay. Check in and communication with the manager was a breeze. Online description matched the property. 3 nice big rooms with comfy beds and two bathrooms upstairs. Big tv room and a bathroom downstairs. Little warm downstairs, there is an AC unit in the window upstairs, and we couldn’t get the sound system to work with the TV, but those were minor issues and we otherwise loved the property.

Amazing getaway, beautiful location!
This was our second stay here. My wife loves to fish and the river has been very good to her! The house is equipped with virtually everything you need, outstanding kitchen and just overall comfort! A great time was had by all! Great bedrooms and privacy for three couples. All around a great deal for a terrific getaway! We will come back again!!!!

Beautiful river views and incredibly cozy.
We loved this place!! Like someone else said in another review, sitting on the porch feels like you're sitting right over the water. It was so comfortable, very straightforward to get checked in, and there was even spare coffee for us to enjoy in the morning. Right as we were leaving we saw a bald eagle battling with a duck on the river, maybe fifty yards from the patio. This was a remarkable place to stay!

We met my little brother and his family and our families had an amazing time fishing and cooking and spending time together. We live on the coast and my brother lives in bend so when we can get together we treasure it and this place was magical. Great host very responsive. River was so relaxing, didn't want to go back to reality. One of the cleanest places we've stayed which is nice to see. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the deck! Placement was perfect how it looked like you were hanging over the water.

Peace on the river!
We enjoyed a great weekend stay at this comfy home on the McKenzie. Four adults enjoyed plenty of space inside and a beautiful deck with a great river view outside. A very quiet escape! The owner was super responsive. Access was easy, kitchen was well stocked, and the home felt clean and welcoming.

Sisters weekend
My sister and I try to go somewhere different every year so we tried this house and it was amazing! Everything from the woodstove because it did get chilly to the wonderful deck over the water! The beds were very very comfortable and we had plenty of room in the house and on the deck. I highly recommend this house we will probably be back!

November visit on the McKenzie
We wanted to stay near Eugene for the Thanksgiving season so that we could visit our grown son who lives there. The location was perfect & easy to find. We arrived later in the evening, so we didn't get to see just how close we were to the McKenzie. What a beautiful treat to experience the next morning. House had everything we needed. Location was close to Springfield, Eugne, & Sisters. If you have the opportunity, stop at a fish hatchery- free & educational! We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you for great communication & providing us with a relaxing, welcoming environment!

Great stay, great place
This property was perfect for our group of 5. We couldn’t have been closer to the river—- and that’s what we wanted! The house was perfect for us. User friendly. Well stocked kitchen, which is important for those of us who like to eat well! Unpretentious place, but totally comfortable. We lived on the deck—- overlooking the McKenzie— I mean seriously, that was the bomb! Grilled yummy stuff every nite— hung out on the comfy chairs on the deck. Laughed. Played games. The outside area of the property is special and is given attention and care, which is obvious. The blue hydrangeas were a color more vibrant than I have ever seen before. The area has burn scars, but the McKenzie is magical! That shines through snd that’s why we were there. We ALL loved our stay there. Definitely 5 stars! Oh—— not to be forgotten—- The owner’s communications are stellar!! He responds fast and effectively. Fabulous!!
