The house and garden themselves are a sweet rest.

It was a delight - and a relief - therefore to find that the place was really lovely. The lake is nice, a few miles away, and you could spend days there, but apart from that there’s not a great deal nearby. However, the house itself is lovely – the garden is lovely, and the host, Maelissa, was sweet, welcoming and helpful. The garden is big and there are three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The central area is a nice family area with kitchen, dining table and sofas. There’s a barbecue outside and we ate many meals outside at the large table. Perhaps the highlight for me was THE HAMMOCK. I could - and did - spend hours in it with my book. We made some family videos which we put on Instagram made at the house. Look at @SomeVirgos if interested. "

"Everything and everyone were great at the Hôtel Emeraude. We were welcomed warmly, told where the room was which was bright and spacious and had air-con which was a bonus as it was a hot day. We were advised on where to park, breakfast and dining options. The area around the hotel is gorgeous and there is a lovely view on the lake from the terrace where we had dinner. I wouldhappily stay there again."

The owner was so welcoming, our room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was served in a nice room and the restaurant experience was superb - we had a delicious dinner outside on the terrace.
