We did not have a good experience. The hotel is old, clean but worn out facilities. Bathroom old, scuffed door. Window old. Bathtub drain clogged. It needed to be urgently renovated, especially the bathroom.

Nem volt rendes takaritás, az ágy feletti rész poros, nem minden esetben üritettek szemetet. Az ágynemü agyonmosott. Törölközök régiek, kutyák alá való.A reggeli amit beigétek 9 EU ért, sovány, minden nap ugyanaz. Az orosz tulajdonos összekeveri a két fővárost. Ha ezt előre közlik messze elkerülöm őket. Magyar vagyok nyögtük őket, tehát ismerősök. A Tulajdonos elutasitó. Mozgássérült vagyok, rendelkezem EU kártyával mégsincs a szállodánakmerre biztositott helye. Pedig úgy hirdették mozgássérült barát. Aszobák butorzata a II. világháboru előtti lehet. Soha nem megyek még a környékére sem. Visszakövetelném a parkolási dijat. The property is well managed and well kept. It is conveniently located and accessible to almost everything. The staff (and, I believe, the owner) were very friendly, sweet, and accommodating. My only problem with our room was the cramped space between the desk and our bed. I checked our bed; it was a bit old, but was ok. Will certainly love to stay again in this hotel next time we're back in Vienna.

Lovely older building "boutique" hotel. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me; I kept waking up during the night as my face would sink into the pillow. The bathtub/shower was a bit of a challenge to climb out of if you're a short hobbit.

It is a historic building with old style furniture. A small recently refurbished bathroom. All is very clean. The charm come with some minus: the mattress a bit uneven, poor sound isolation and the door to the room shakes with any air movement in the corridors. Ok breakfast. Wi-Fi quite unreliable.

An old-fashioned Hotel which has seen better days but one with bags of character. The staff were very helpful and there was a good value Breakfast in the morning. The soft bed wasn’t to my liking but the room was clean and spacious.

Lovely stay near Shonbrun
Hotel Viktoria was amazing! Our flight was delayed a day, so we needed last minute accommodations. Not only did they help us with our bags, they let us check in 5 hours early, and helped arrange airport shuttle for us. Such a lovely place, I would absolutely stay here again!

The location is fantastic for Schonbrunn and access to the subway system, and there are a lot of good places to eat nearby. However, that sums up all the positive things about this hotel. My daughter and I were put in one of three basement rooms, even though the hotel was not full. Because the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, the room was hot but our window was high on the wall in the room, at street level outside, and we didn't feel comfortable opening it in case someone tried to get into our room through the window. Had we been placed on a higher level floor, we could have opened a window and got some fresh air. Additionally, although I put a do not disturb sign on the door in the morning, the room was available every afternoon, but was only cleaned once, with a fresh change of towels during our four night stay. The basement rooms are close to the breakfast room, so all morning the noise of dishes being carried to and from tables could be heard. The duvet only covered half the bed, so if two people had been sharing a bed in this room, only one of them would have had a duvet at night. We had a great time in Vienna, but the hotel was a big disappointment.

Very convenient location
Easy to reach by public transport, close to tourist areas (Schoenbrunn castle and park), Hietzing is a very pleasant Vienna district, so overall a very pleasant stay.

Comfortable hotel, very close to tube station, buses and trams. Very convenient for Schonbrun palace and 15 mins on tube into centre of Vienna (Karlsplatz/Oper). Good Wi-Fi, good buffet breakfast (extra cost depending on package). A little dated perhaps and some dust in our room on arrival, however, made up for by friendly and helpful staff. Local area is quite well to do, being very close to Schonbrunn and you feel safe walking around in the evening. Lindt chocolate shop very close and good local shops and restaurants. Typical Austrian food at "Otto" restaurant and good Italian with more atmosphere "Da Fernandando". Both within 5 minutes walk.

The hotel was in a good location, but very basic breakfast and we had an issue with bed bugs. We were moved into another, cleaner, room after two days.

Good location, but that's it. Bed bugs in our first room and although the staff were polite, the damage had been done and my bites became very sore. Loved Vienna, but would not return to this hotel.

Bed bugs, basic breakfast, good location
We had an issue with bed bugs for the first two days - with little help from the staff. On the third day I stripped the sheets and showed them my bug-bitten arm. They moved us immediately and were accommodating after this - even giving us free breakfast...although this wasn't great. I would advise that if you stay in room 184 (or any), that you check the bed before agreeing to stay there. Hotel wasn't a cheap option, so expected more. Good location but I won't be returning.
