The trips they organized (Halong Bay and Ninh Binh) were better than expected and also well priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family"

We were able to store our bags in the hotel lobby two days before actually check in as we were going to Sa Pa and didn’t want to bring them with us. Everyone at the front desk were nice and helpful, especially Jenny took special care of us."

"Great location with easy and close access to Hoàn Kiếm Lake, shopping and attractions in the Old Quarter. Besides the great location, we enjoyed our stay because the hotel was quiet and comfortable. One aspect that should be highlighted is the level of service. Carlos and Amelinda, along with the rest of the team, took great care of us, always attentive and willing to offer any assistance. The onsite restaurant and breakfast was a great perk, along with the rooftop bar. Looking forward to our next visit. thanks!"
