"Smaller but very comfortable room in Riomaggiore. Beautiful view of the town and marina from the window. Staff met us at the train station and escorted us to our room (a short walk away). They helped us get our passes for walking the trails in the Cinque Terra and our pass for the via dell amore to Manarola. Owner and staff were very friendly, spoke english and were very enthusiastic to provide helpful information, recommendations and directions to insure we had a fantastic experience there."

"Dreaming of visiting Cinque Terre for years, we finally made it. I booked our room in advance, and got a great room at Scorci did Mare on the top with the balcony. It was everything I hoped for (plus lots of steps). We went out and walked around, brought a fresh Italian snack back and sat on the patio overlooking this beautiful city. I will be back. There a lots of hills and stairs here, be aware. The bed was hard compared to USA standard but it's normal for Italy in my previous travels. "

"We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on...

"The Staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel had parking access inside the gate to the town. It was very clean and there was a simple breakfast in the morning with healthy options. The only problem we had was that the bed was extremely hard. So hard the we both tossed all night and woke with terrible back and shoulder pains. The bathroom was clean but the shower was so small you could not turn around in it. Overall we give it a 4 as we needed a clean place...

It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. "With the beach opposite the hotel this was a fantastic overnight stop. It would have been worth pre-booking parking, though we were able to book the last space. There are traffic restrictions in place, but the hotel arrange the correct authorities are notified for you so that any penalties are avoided.
