"Nice hotel near GRU airport, comfortable beds, clean and great free shuttle bus to the Airport. Amazing buffet for dinner, tasty Brazilian food, not too pricey. Only con was the unfriendly receptionist that checked us in, very dismissive and a bit abrasive. I did address the situation there and then, so the behaviour improved, however, this in not what I would have expected at a South American hotel and definitely not at a hotel holding the Hilton name. "

"This is a good option to stay around Guarulhos airport. If you are lucky your room will be in the new wing of the hotel, where it's not noisy. Since they deal with a lot of disgruntled guests whose flights were cancelled and were given vouchers for the hotel stay, staff are professional but not overly friendly. Our pet accompanied us and it was a fee of 90 reais (about US$13). Good breakfast from 5am onwards. Book your bus ride to airport once you check in. I would consider staying there again. "

"Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlos, I'm not sure of his name, but he was very polite and kind when I arrived. When I was given my room, I was greeted by Vinícius, who was extremely polite and kind. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, and the shower was strong. Easy access to the shopping mall, market, restaurants, and Ceret Park across the street. The restaurant has fresh, well-organized breakfast, as well as being delicious. "They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "The hotel was great - front desk and concierge were very helpful and professional, room was as advertised without any issues, and check-in / check-out were painless. Left bags with the concierge for the day and he brought them out to us upon seeing our group return before we could even ask, just excellent service all around."

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."

Fantastic couple's stay at Wyndham Paulista Avenue

"We enjoyed friendliness from all staff members. The room was clean, the shower had great hot water flow and the wifi connection was flawless. Breakfast was good but some juices were too watered down. The swimming pool was located in a nice area and the bar terrace was lovely to chill at. "

"Really liked my stay at this hotel in Guarulhos. The staff was incredibly friendly and no request seemed to be inconvenient (we were travelling with a baby and a child and they assisted me with cleaning and sterilizing my baby bottles and also were very quick to swap rooms when my child complained about being on the 14th floor as he is afraid of heights, so we were moved to the 1st floor). Breakfast was very delicious, it’s a buffet and there are varied options for all. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We also got a complimentary transfer to Guarulhos airport which was reliable and on time. I would return! "

"I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less. I only had a chance to eat the breakfast on my last day of my stay because of my schedule, but it was pretty good. Staffs were available 24/7. They were accommodating. They do store your bags for free if you need to checkout and collect bags later. They have a lenient guest policy. Paulista Avenue is walkable distance although little uphill. Good restaurants nearby."
